Process

Your garage, transformed in five steps.

The same order on every job. Most garages go from bare slab to sealed floor in about a day, with walk-on in hours and parking in roughly 24 to 48 hours.

  1. 01

    Grind & profile

Diamond grinding opens the slab for a mechanical bond. No acid etching, ever.

  2. 02

    Repair

Cracks, spalls and pits are cleaned out, filled and ground flush.

  3. 03

    Base coat

A pigmented base coat goes down over the whole floor, and the stem walls if you want them.

  4. 04

    Full flake broadcast

Vinyl flake is thrown to refusal until no base shows, then scraped and swept smooth.

  5. 05

    Polyaspartic seal

A clear, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat locks it in. Walk on it in hours.

Before & after

Same slab. One day later.

Every garage starts as bare, dusty concrete. Drag the handle to see what a full-flake polyaspartic floor does to it, then try a blend.

Before After · Shoreline

Drag to reveal the finished floor.

  • Diamond ground, never acid etched, so the coating bonds to the concrete itself.
  • Flake broadcast to refusal: no base coat shows through.
  • Polyaspartic topcoat that holds its color in the sun and resists hot-tire pickup.

Why TruForce

Premium materials. Expert hands.

One system, installed the same careful way on every job, by a crew that lives where you do.

Queen Creek based

We are a short drive from every East Valley neighborhood, so site visits and early-morning starts are easy to schedule.

Full flake, every time

Flake is broadcast to refusal and sealed under polyaspartic. No thin, partial or "light flake" floors.

Grind, never etch

Diamond grinding gives the coating something to grip. Acid etching does not, and it is where peeling starts.

Built for the Valley

UV-stable chemistry chosen for open garage doors, hot tires and 115-degree summers.

About

Queen Creek based. Valley wide.

TruForce Epoxy creates Arizona's finest garage floors with premium materials and expert craftsmanship. We install one system we trust, a full-flake polyaspartic floor over diamond-ground concrete, and we install it the same careful way whether the garage is in Queen Creek or across the Valley.

Our service area runs about 50 miles out from Queen Creek: the East Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, the West Valley and Pinal County.

Queen Creek

Our home base. New-build garages in Hastings Farms, Harvest and Barney Farms are often coated soon after move-in, before years of oil and tire stains soak into the slab.

San Tan Valley

In Johnson Ranch, Encanterra and Pecan Creek, garages double as home gyms, workshops and golf-cart parking, so we plan the floor around how you use the space.

Gilbert

From Agritopia to Power Ranch, Morrison Ranch and Val Vista Lakes, a west-facing Gilbert garage takes full afternoon sun every time the door opens. That is where a UV-stable topcoat pays off.

Mesa

Mesa slabs range from new pours in Eastmark to decades-old concrete near Red Mountain and Las Sendas. Older floors usually need more crack and spall repair before coating.

Chandler

Three-car and tandem garages are common in Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch. One continuous flake floor across the whole space reads cleaner than patched or partial coatings.

Phoenix

From Arcadia bungalows to Desert Ridge, Phoenix garages vary widely in age and condition. Prep is matched to each slab before any coating goes down.

Scottsdale

In McCormick Ranch and DC Ranch, many garages hold collector cars or golf carts. Flake size and color blend are where most Scottsdale homeowners spend their decision time.

Glendale

West Valley garages get the same diamond-grind prep and polyaspartic system as our East Valley jobs, scheduled as part of our Valley-wide service area.

FAQ

Answers, before you ask.

The questions Valley homeowners ask most before booking a floor.

How long does a garage floor coating take to install?

Most two- and three-car garages are completed in about one day with a polyaspartic system. You can typically walk on the floor within a few hours and park on it in roughly 24 to 48 hours, depending on temperature and the products used.

Will a polyaspartic garage floor yellow in the Arizona sun?

No. Polyaspartic topcoats are aliphatic, which makes them UV stable, so they hold their color when the garage door is open to direct sun. Many standard epoxies are aromatic and can amber or yellow with UV exposure, which is why they are usually covered with a UV-stable topcoat.

Are cracks repaired before the floor is coated?

Yes. After diamond grinding, cracks, spalls and pitting are cleaned out, filled and ground flush so they do not show through the finish. A crack can reappear if the slab keeps moving, and a full-flake broadcast helps disguise hairline lines.

Is a flake garage floor slippery?

A full-broadcast flake floor has a light texture from the chips, which gives more grip than smooth sealed concrete. The texture can be increased with an anti-slip additive in the topcoat, which is worth asking about for patios, pool decks and garages that see water.

How do you clean a coated garage floor?

Sweep or dust mop weekly, then wash with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner using a soft deck brush or microfiber mop. Squeegee the floor dry to prevent hard water spots, and avoid acidic, citrus or vinegar cleaners.

How much does a garage floor coating cost?

Cost depends on square footage, slab condition, crack and moisture repair, flake size and add-ons such as stem walls. TruForce Epoxy gives free estimates so the price reflects your actual floor rather than a per-foot guess.
